Brittani Strozier is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Georgia and the District of Columbia. Brittani completed her Master of Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine after obtaining her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. Brittani attended Spelman College and Georgia Southern University for her undergraduate education.
After recognizing her passion for helping others to overcome adversity, Brittani transitioned into Marriage and Family Therapy after working in Corporate America for several years. During her time as a clinician, Brittani has also served as an advocate and lobbyist, championing mental health policy and shifting the stigma of mental health.
Brittani has several years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families of diverse races, religion & spirituality practices, sexual orientations, etc. Brittani specializes in couple’s therapy, “adulting”/mid-life issues, grief/loss, anxiety and phobias, depression, career counseling, systemic trauma, and LGBTQIA concerns.
Operating from multiple theoretic orientations, including Cognitive Behavioral, Psychodynamic, and Gottman, Brittani provides client-centered services that offer a safe, judgement-free space for clients. Brittani aims to facilitate therapy that is collaborative, fosters hope, improved skills, and establishes healthy processes that are conscious and transformative.
