Casey Strong is a Psychology Extern at CCCC in the Washington, D.C office. He received his master's degree in clinical psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology at Argosy, Northern Virginia. Currently, he is working on his doctorate in clinical psychology.
Mr. Strong has previous experience working with adolescents and adults to provide treatment for various psychological disorders including anxiety (OCD, panic, social anxiety, phobias, generalized anxiety), depression, eating disorders (and body image), personality disorders, and trauma. In addition to psychotherapy, he is available to provide psychological testing.
Mr. Strong is trained in psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and in Maudsley family-based therapy (FBT). His approach consists of a collaborative effort between practitioner and patient while using an integrative model and an evidence-based method.
