As a counselor, Geoffrey works to create a safe environment with empathy and compassion in order to help individuals cope with overwhelming situations, strained relationships or intense emotional responses to environment. He also works to help clients gain insight and awareness into past experiences and how they may dictate current behavior.
Working with Individuals, mainly adults, however he does see children on a case by case basis.
Eclectic method using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Art Therapy, Mindfulness in order to help with anxiety, depression, grief, loss and trauma.
