**  With the increase of COVID-19 cases in the DC-Metro Area, and out of an abundance of caution and concern for the health of our clients, administrative staff and clinicians, we are closing all CCCC offices for on-site therapy effective immediately, while continuing Telehealth services.

We have been fortunate in that there have been no known cases of COVID-19 in the offices, and we hope that you and your families are also well. This closing will be in effect through the end of 2020, with further announcements coming in the beginning of 2021.

We will continue to follow in accordance with the local government guidelines as they evolve.  **

For your convenience, we have implemented the following payment options for our clients: Pay via PayPal, Pay via ConsentPay via Phone.

 


 

Pay for your Appointment via PayPal 

 

Use the following link to open the CCCC Secure PayPal Payments website. Enter the amount that your clinician provided for you during your appointment and then submit your payment.

Pay for your Appointment via Consent 

 

On the second page of the Telehealth Informed Consent, there is a section for you to fill in your debit card or credit card information, just above your signature. If you have completed this section and given us your card information, our billing team will automatically run your payment after confirming with your clinician that your Appointment occurred as scheduled.

 


 

Pay for your Appointment via Phone

 

If you do not have PayPal, or you have not given us your card information via Consent, you may call use our payment lines to make payment for your Appointment over the phone.

Our payment lines are accessible between the hours of 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
