Use the following link to open the CCCC Secure PayPal Payments website. Enter the amount that your clinician provided for you during your appointment and then submit your payment.

Pay for your Telehealth Appointment via Consent
On the second page of the Telehealth Informed Consent, there is a section for you to fill in your debit card or credit card information, just above your signature. If you have completed this section and given us your card information, our billing team will automatically run your payment after confirming with your clinician that your Telehealth Appointment occurred as scheduled.
Pay for your Telehealth Appointment via Phone
If you do not have PayPal, or you have not given us your card information via Consent, you may call use our payment lines to make payment for your Telehealth Appointment over the phone.
Our payment lines are accessible between the hours of 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.
