“Victor Frankl used to say that there are two types of people: those who say yes to life in spite of their setbacks, and those who say no to life in spite of good things that happen to them. The yes-people usually feel fulfilled and happy: the no people feel alienated, frustrated, empty. Most of us fall between these two extremes. With caring support, it is possible to shift from a negative to a positive attitude. Together we can achieve it. My style to therapeutic approach combines authentic interactive engagement with accurate empathy for the other person, trying to provide caring and support in every way possible.” - Dr. Thomas Fried, Ed.D
