Caroline Hall is a Licensed Graduate Clinical Social Worker in Washington, DC. Caroline received her Masters of Social Work from University of Maryland Baltimore, and completed her Bachelors from The Catholic University of America.
Caroline specializes in working with adolescents and families, as well as anxiety and depressive disorders. She has experience with increasing positive communication between parents and children, problem solving with families for their unique needs, and providing community resources to continue a families’ mental health progress. Facilitating healthy family relationships is a part of Caroline’s family sessions.
Caroline is passionate about meeting the client where they are at and supporting their therapeutic experience. She believes a person’s unique strengths allows client’s to be experts in their journey towards their mental wellness. Caroline seeks to create a space for clients to process and accept their emotions in order to understand their mental health needs. She enjoys experiencing breakthroughs and processing with her clients in her sessions.
Caroline integrates various approaches in her work with clients, such as person-centered therapy, cognitive and behavioral therapies, and mindfulness practices.
