Jasmine Tall, MPH, M.A. is a predoctoral intern currently completing her doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) at The Chicago School in Washington, D.C. She has a dual background in mental health and public health, holding a B.A. in Psychology and Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from The George Washington University, along with a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School. Jasmine integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and third-wave therapeutic approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which focus on mindfulness, acceptance, emotion regulation, and behavioral change.
