How to Schedule

There are three ways to schedule an appointment:

Request an appointment directly on our website 

Review the available clinicians on the Our Therapists page and request an appointment by clicking the SCHEDULE  button located on the clinician's profile or by clicking 'Current Openings'  located undernealth available therpists' profile. Providers with current availability will have 'Current Openings'  underneath their profile icon. Clincian availability is updated daily.  Please make sure you are using a computer and are on Google Chrome, for most efficient use. Please upload a copy of the front and back of your insurance card when utilizing the Web-Scheduler.

Call our Intakes Team directly

Reach out to us by calling our main line at 202-544-5440. Select option 2, then option 2 again and speak with an Intake administrator and go over potential appointment options.

 

If you are unable to reach a team member, please leave a voicemail and we will follow up with you as soon as possible.

Schedule a Live Placement Call

Schedule a live placement call with one of our Intake Coordinators to discuss openings at a time that works best for you.  Live Placement calls take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. Please be prepared to send us your insurance card via email or text while on the call with a team member.

 

Please note this option is only for scheduling talk therapy. If you are intersted in psychological testing please click here.

Helpful Hints!

  • For any virtual/tele-health appointments, you MUST be located within the state that your provider holds their license(s). For example, if you live in Maryland, but have an appointment with a DC therapist (who is only licensed within Washington, D.C.), you still must be in DC at the time of your appointment. 

    • How do I know where my therapist is licensed? Confirm on the 'Our Therapists'  page or with an Intake Coordinator over the phone to see what state(s) your therapist is licensed in.

  • Regardless of your home address, you are welcome to select in-person appointments at any one of our three offices: DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
