Monique Gardner, LICSW

Licensed in Virginia

I am a compassionate and trauma-informed therapist dedicated to creating an inclusive and affirming space for individuals from all walks of life. I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University, with experience in the field of social work since 2016. My practice is centered on a person-focused approach, where each individual's unique experiences, identity, and needs are respected and valued. I prioritize cultural competence and work actively to ensure that my practice is inclusive. I believe healing comes from understanding and supporting all aspects of a person, fostering safety and empowerment. My goal is to provide care that uplifts and supports every person, helping them explore, heal, and grow at their own pace toward becoming their most authentic selves.
