Ms. Adjei obtained her B.A. in Psychology from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C and her M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University/Arlington, VA Campus. She uses integrative approach to therapy which includes, but is not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Techniques, Psychodynamic Techniques, Mindfulness Techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Techniques. In addition, Ms. Adjei has experience in cognitive rehabilitation and biofeedback training. She enjoys working with a multi-disciplinary team, and focusing on a team approach towards wellness and health care.
