Dr. Blair Galiber-Smith is a Black, cis-gender, woman from Washington, DC. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware. She also earned her M.A. degree and PsyD in clinical psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a focus on identity development, overall wellbeing, and interpersonal relationships. She is currently completing her postdoctoral fellowship at Capitol Hill Consortium for Counseling and Consultation as she prepares for licensure.

Dana Blades is a Black cisgender woman who is a pre-doctoral intern and doctoral candidate at The Chicago School in Washington, D.C. where she is pursuing a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Delaware and her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School. Dana emphasizes the therapeutic relationship as the cornerstone of effective therapy, fostering a safe, validating, and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors to enhance their quality of life and relationships.
