Adjunct & Specialty Services
Available in Washington, D.C., Maryland, & Virginia
Adjunct therapies can provide a targeted way to bridge a gap in skills or springboard therapeutic movement to aid progress in meeting therapeutic goals. We utilize insurance to the extent possible and offer self-pay options as needed. Adjunct therapies are done while clients are seen in their primary individual, family or couple therapy, whereas specialty assessments are often done as an independent, stand-alone service. Services include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
