Individual Therapy

Available in Washington, D.C., Maryland, & Virginia

When most people think of therapy, this is what comes to mind: regular one-on-one sessions in a safe, caring environment. We provide that space for individuals to explore their feelings, thoughts, and beliefs. In therapy with adults, the client and therapist work together to set goals and work toward making beneficial changes. In individual therapy with children and adolescents, we work toward goals in collaboration with the family or caregivers.

When to Seek Support

  • Are you feeling heavy, exhausted, or finding it hard to get motivated?

  • Do you find yourself constantly overwhelmed by the demands of daily life?

  • Are you struggling to feel safe, or finding it hard to shake off old hurts?

  • Are you facing a major life transition (like a new career, breakup, or moving) and feeling lost?

We're here for you, every step of the way.
